The North Bay Bulldogs season opener has the Junior Varsity taking on the North Halton Crimson Tide on May 18th at 1:30.
So tomorrow kicks off the Junior Varsity Season with a home opener! Kick off is at 1:30 at Omischl. Players are to be at the field at noon to get taped and warmed up prior to the game.
Admission to the game is $5 per person, 12 and under are free. Players from any of our teams are free of charge.
We will be selling 50/50 tickets for $2 each, 3 for $5 or 10 for $10, to be drawn in the fourth quarter.
We have our world famous BBQ so please come by and purchase some food and help raise money for the team. Players do not eat for free they must donate as well. We are looking for parents to bring some desserts for the BBQ table. We ask for a minimum donation of $5 for one hot item, desert and water. Of course the more donated the better J
We will have pop, chips chocolate bars and pepperettes for sale at the gate as well as some Bulldogs swag! So bring cash!
Please be respectful to the refs, coaches, and players – yelling negative and obscene statements does not help and will result in the offender being ejected from the field. Remember these players are still impressionable kids, mistakes and miscues will happen – allow them to learn and develop without public disgrace. The officials will not be subject to a barrage attacks and this will not alter a call or change future decisions – please allow them to do their job.
