2019 Gym Sessions

It is getting closer and closer to the start of the 2019 season and I am getting pretty excited! And I know many of the players are as well!

Just a reminder that we are starting in gym sessions on March 23, 30, April 6, 13, 20, 27 and May 4 unless we are on the field sooner all at Widdifield gym from 3-4:30 PM for Bantam players 5-6:30 PM for Junior Varsity.

  If you cant make an in gym session please respond to this email your coaches.

Be sure to wear or bring something for working out in such as shorts or joggers and a t-shirt, water bottle and indoor shoes.  We will have access to the change rooms for changing and water if required.  Please try to have the players there so they are ready to go right at 3 as we are on a tight schedule for the 1.5 hours for your respective session.
